Ingredients for the Energising Guarana Smoothie: ½ frozen mango · 1 green apple · 2 handfuls of spinach · 1 celery stalk · ½ cucumber · juice of ½ lemon · 1 cup cold water or coconut water · ½ tsp guarana powder

Method: Place everything in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away and enjoy.

Method: Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away and enjoy.

Can I swap the herbs around?

Yes. Because the extracts and powders are added as separate ingredients, you can, for instance, replace reishi with lion's mane or ashwagandha. Experiment and find your favourite.

How much extract do I use in a smoothie?

Follow the instructions on the label of your specific product; strengths differ per extract. The recipes give a guideline, but feel free to start with a little less and build up to taste.
