Why don't I receive any mails?

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Please note: we're closed on weekends, so emails sent during the weekend will be answered on Monday.

How do I cancel my order?
Cancelling your order depends on the payment status:
Before payment:
Haven't paid yet? You can easily cancel your order yourself. Log in to your account, go to your order history and click the "Cancel order" button. Didn't create an account? Please contact us.
After payment:
Already paid and still want to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible so we can check if your order has already been shipped. The faster you contact us, the better chance we have to cancel the shipment.

Whether your order can still be modified depends on what stage it's in. The sooner you contact us, the more options are available.
Before payment:
Haven't paid yet? We'll modify your order directly for you. This is the fastest and easiest way.
After payment, before shipping:
Already paid but your package hasn't been shipped yet? Contact us as soon as possible. We'll explore a suitable solution together, which may require additional steps depending on your modification.
After shipping:
Is your package already on its way? We can no longer make any changes. You can use our return policy after receiving your order.

My voucher is not working, what should I do?
Is your voucher not working during checkout? This can have several causes.
Check the following:
- Is the voucher still valid? Some voucher codes have a limited validity period
- Did you enter the code correctly? Pay attention to upper and lower case letters

Do you ship my package discreetly?
Yes, all packages are shipped completely discreetly. We understand that privacy is important.
Our packages are completely neutral on the outside. No one can see what's inside. The package only shows your delivery address and our return address.

Is it possible to follow my package online?
Yes, you can track every package online. As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll automatically receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to follow your package in real-time and see when you can expect delivery. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder.
Which carrier do you use for shipments?
We work with UPS and DPD for shipping our packages. These reliable carriers ensure fast and secure delivery throughout Europe. Which carrier delivers your package depends on your location and availability. You'll always receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the following 29 European countries:

I haven't received my order yet, what do I do?
Don't worry, we're happy to help you track down your package.
Check the delivery time first:
The expected delivery time depends on your country. For the Netherlands this is 1-2 business days, for Belgium 1-3 business days, and for other European countries this can take up to 5-8 business days. Please account for possible delays during busy periods or due to local circumstances.
Check your track & trace:
You received a track & trace code by email after dispatch. This shows you exactly where your package is. Also check your spam folder if you haven't received a shipping confirmation.
Still haven't received your package?
Contact us if your package has exceeded the expected delivery time. We'll investigate it together.

Can my package be delivered to a pickup point?
Yes, delivery to a pickup point is possible in many cases. This depends on your location and the available delivery options from our carriers UPS and DPD.
You'll see all available delivery options for your address during checkout in our webshop. If delivery to a pickup point is available, you can directly select your preferred location there, or we can do it for you.
This is ideal if you're not home during delivery or if you prefer to collect your package at a time that suits you.
I would like to change my address after I placed my order, is that possible?
Whether your address can still be changed depends on the status of your order.
Before shipping:
Hasn't your package been packed and shipped yet? Contact us as soon as possible. We can manually change your address as long as your order is still in our warehouse.
After shipping:
Is your package already on its way? Unfortunately, we can no longer change the address. Our carriers do not offer this option once a shipment is in transit.
The sooner you contact us after placing your order, the better chance we have to help.

Can I delete my account and how do I do that?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time through your account page: delete my account.
What happens to my data?
Your personal information such as name, address and email will be deleted. However, we are legally required to retain financial data for at least seven years for the tax authorities. This means that information about what was ordered and the amount paid remains stored, but is no longer linked to your personal details.
After deleting your account, it's no longer possible to trace who placed the order. This way we protect your privacy within the legal framework.

How do I update my email address?
Unfortunately, you can't change your email address in your account yourself, but we're happy to help.
Contact us and include your current email address and the new email address you want to use. Our team will then manually update this in the system for you.
