Cooling-off Period & Returns
Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your purchase without having to provide a reason.
How does the return process work?
Cancellation within 14 days:
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. Contact us at support@nextlevelsmart.nl or via our contact form.
Return label:
Within the 14-day cooling-off period, we normally create a return label for you, so you can return the product free of charge. You'll receive this label by email with instructions.
Returning the product:
After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product. Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories. Handle the product carefully – only use it to check if it meets your expectations.
Refund:
Once we receive your return in good condition, you'll get a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs within 14 days.
Exchange a product
Would you rather exchange instead of return? That's possible! Contact us at support@nextlevelsmart.nl. Please note: for exchanges, return shipping costs are at your own expense (approximately €7.25 per package).
Provided the wrong delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form, phone +31 (0)38 2001 004 or WhatsApp. We'll do our best to modify your order before it's shipped.
Important conditions
Diminished value:
If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to test the product, we may deduct the diminished value from your refund.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable products (fresh organic materials and live cultivation products)
- Used products such as Kuripes and Tepis
- Other products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
