CBD cannabis oil is completely harmless, even in high doses. However, to save the product, we recommend 1-3 drops per dose 1-3 times a day.

What is the difference between CBD oil and THC?
CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) are both cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant, but they work very differently. THC is the psychoactive compound responsible for the 'high' feeling, while CBD has no psychoactive properties whatsoever. Our CBD Oil Every Day 10% contains no detectable THC, making it fully compliant with Dutch and EU regulations as a dietary supplement.
How do you take CBD oil 10% for daily use?
Place the CBD oil drops under your tongue and hold them there for 60 seconds before swallowing. This sublingual method allows for faster absorption through the mucous membranes. Why is full spectrum CBD oil better than CBD isolate?
Full spectrum CBD oil contains not only CBD but also other cannabinoids such as CBG, CBN, and CBC, plus natural terpenes and terpenoids. These compounds work together in what is known as the entourage effect, enhancing each other's properties. CBD isolate contains only pure CBD and lacks this synergistic interaction, which is why full spectrum is generally considered more effective for overall wellness support.
How should you store CBD oil?
Store CBD oil in a dark, cool place, ideally at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources, as UV radiation and warmth can degrade the cannabinoids over time.
