How is Shilajit harvested and what does it contain?

Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin formed over centuries by decomposition of plant material between rock layers at 3000-5000 metres altitude in the Himalayas. It naturally contains 60-80% fulvic acid and more than 80 minerals and trace elements. Our Shilajit is purified through a traditional water filtration process. How do I use Shilajit resin?

Take a portion the size of a grain of rice (200-300 mg) and dissolve it in warm (not boiling) water, tea or warm milk — high temperatures can damage the fulvic acid structure. Preferably drink it in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. Our Shilajit is pure resin, sourced directly from the Himalayan mountains in Nepal at 4000+ metres altitude.
