How do you use the 7 Chakra incense set for a chakra ritual?
Start at the Root Chakra (roses) and work upward to the Crown Chakra (sandalwood). Light one stick per session that corresponds to the chakra you want to work on. Meditate during the 50-minute burn time on the intention of that specific chakra. You can also set up a seven-day ritual where you address a different chakra each day, starting at the base and working up to the crown.
What is the difference between the 7 Chakra incense set and the 7 Chakra Smudge Bombs?
The incense set contains 7 slender sticks with a 50-minute burn time each, ideal for personal meditation and daily use. The Smudge Bombs are compact balls with a shorter burn time of 8-10 minutes but produce much more smoke. The Smudge Bombs are therefore better suited for intensive space cleansing, group ceremonies, or outdoor rituals where a dense smoke screen is desired.
