How large are the cacti upon delivery?

Size varies per species and availability — each product page lists current dimensions. San Pedro cuttings are typically 15–30 cm, Peyote specimens range from 2–6 cm diameter depending on age. All plants are healthy, rooted and ready to continue growing in your collection.

Do I need to repot the cactus immediately?

Not immediately. Let the plant acclimatise for 1–2 weeks in a bright spot without direct sunlight first. Then repot in a pot with a drainage hole and a mix of cactus soil, perlite and lava granules. Wait one week after repotting before watering so any root damage can heal.

Do the cacti survive transport?

Yes, cacti are robust plants that handle transport excellently thanks to their low moisture requirements. We pack each plant individually with protective material to shield the roots and plant body. For winter deliveries we use insulation material to protect against cold.
