What is cacao extract?

Our cacao extract is a concentrated form of the active compounds in cacao, rich in theobromine and polyphenols. Through the concentrated extraction process, the amount of theobromine and polyphenols per gram is significantly higher than in cacao paste or powder — a small dose suffices.

How do I use cacao extract?
