What is cacao powder?

Our cacao powder is finely ground unroasted cacao beans from which most of the cacao butter has been pressed. By pressing out the cacao butter, powder is lighter and dissolves more easily than paste, while retaining the same minerals and theobromine — perfect for quick preparation.

How do I use cacao powder?
