Clean the outside regularly with a damp cloth and use a thin pipe cleaner for the inside of the pipe to remove any residue. Always let the instrument dry thoroughly after cleaning and store it in a dry, sheltered place away from direct sunlight.
For beginners we recommend a bamboo or wooden kuripe — these are lightweight, easy to use and affordable. Our unique kuripes are ideal if you are looking for a special, handcrafted piece.
