Can I delete my account and how do I do that?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time through your account page: delete my account.

What happens to my data?
Your personal information such as name, address and email will be deleted. However, we are legally required to retain financial data for at least seven years for the tax authorities. This means that information about what was ordered and the amount paid remains stored, but is no longer linked to your personal details.

After deleting your account, it's no longer possible to trace who placed the order. This way we protect your privacy within the legal framework.

How do I update my email address?

Unfortunately, you can't change your email address in your account yourself, but we're happy to help.

Contact us and include your current email address and the new email address you want to use. Our team will then manually update this in the system for you.
