How many drops of CBD oil 20% are recommended per day?
We recommend starting with 1-3 drops per dose, 1 to 3 times a day. Since each drop contains approximately 10mg CBD, 3 drops already provide 30mg CBD per dose. Listen to your body and build up gradually. It is advisable to take the oil sublingually, hold it under the tongue for 60 seconds, and then swallow for optimal absorption through the mucous membranes.
Can I mix CBD oil 20% into food or drinks?
Yes, you can mix CBD oil into food or warm beverages. Keep in mind that absorption through the digestive tract is slower than sublingual intake, and some CBD is broken down by the liver during first-pass metabolism. For beginners, we recommend starting with a lower concentration such as 10%, so you can discover how your body responds to CBD.
