Our Sagrada Madre Collection Is Growing - 3 New Incense Lines

Sagrada Madre Incense

Three new incense lines that'll surprise you

Smelling incense and thinking "wow, this is different" - that's exactly how I felt when I first tried the new Sagrada Madre lines. Our beloved Sagrada Madre collection is getting three special additions: Patagonia, Sagrado, and Ritual.

Each line has its own personality. Patagonia brings South America's wild nature into your living room, Sagrado is there for spiritual experiences, and Ritual helps you create mindful moments. All with that signature Sagrada Madre quality, but each surprising in its own way.

Patagonia: nature in your living room

The Patagonia Natural Collection does something unique. These 23cm sticks burn for a full hour just like the other varieties, but that's not what makes them special. What's special is how true-to-life the scents are - you almost forget you're sitting at home.

Take Neroli. Neroli comes from the bitter orange tree and was used by Italian princesses in their perfumes back in the 17th century. In this incense, you can smell why - that fresh, almost hypnotic floral scent that clears your head and is invigorating without being overwhelming.

Orange & Vanilla strikes a beautiful balance. Vanilla can quickly become too sweet, orange too sharp, but here they melt together into something that feels like a warm hug on a cold day. Perfect for those moments when you want to treat yourself.

Did you know: Rue, one of the Patagonia scents, was called 'the plant of grace' by ancient Romans? They believed it could neutralize negative energy - and that refreshing, herbal scent definitely does something to your space.

Herba Mate & Mint brings the energy of an Argentine morning to your home. Yerba mate is what coffee is here - a ritual, a moment of connection, the start of your day. This incense gives you that fresh start-of-the-day feeling.

And then there's Hibiscus - a deep red flower that's not only beautiful to look at but can also lift your mood. In this incense, that cheerful, lightly sweet scent is captured so naturally you can almost feel the tropical warmth.

Sagrado: for spiritual guidance

The Sagrado collection is a step beyond ordinary incense. These black, thicker sticks are specially made for meditation sessions, yoga, or other spiritual practices.

Meditation, for example, contains frankincense - that precious resin that's been used for spiritual purposes for 5000 years. Not for nothing was it considered as valuable as gold in ancient times. That deep, purifying scent brings your thoughts to rest in a way that's hard to explain but easy to experience.

But my favorite is Third Eye. This incense has layers - you smell one thing first, then something else slowly unfolds, then something new again. It's as if the scent moves with your breathing, deepening as you go deeper too.

Samadhi - the ultimate experience

Samadhi is a Sanskrit word meaning 'complete absorption.' This incense is made with rare resins that monks have used for deep meditation for centuries.

Kundalini - energy in motion

Kundalini energy is often described as a sleeping serpent at the base of your spine. This incense contains herbs traditionally used to activate that energy - tingling, warm, alive.

Eternal Love combines roses with tuberose - a flower that's most fragrant at night and symbolizes forbidden love. Romantic? Absolutely. But also powerful enough to open your heart to all forms of love, not just the romantic kind.

Ritual: for your ceremonies & rituals

The Ritual line is created for all the ceremonies and rituals in your life - from full moon ceremonies and manifestation rituals to meditation and yoga. This incense deepens the energetic quality of your rituals and makes your intentions more powerful. Each scent supports a different type of ritual and helps you reach your desired energy.

Manifestation helps you get clear on what you really want. Not what you think you should want, but what your heart truly desires. The scent is complex but not overwhelming - a blend that organizes your thoughts without forcing them.

Inner Strength is perfect for those moments when you need to have a difficult conversation or make an important decision. Sandalwood for grounding, roses for opening your heart - a combination that definitely makes you feel in touch with yourself and your values.

And then there's Cacao - developed for the growing trend of cacao ceremonies. Real cacao (not the sweet chocolate we know) opens your heart literally and figuratively. This incense amplifies that effect and creates a sacred space, even in your own living room.

The power of Full Moon: This incense is attuned to full moon energy - a time of release and transformation. Many people feel more emotional around the full moon; this incense helps you channel that energy instead of being overwhelmed by it.

The smudge bombs get company

Alongside these three lines, we're also adding Cosmos Planetary Smudge Bombs. Seven compact spheres, each attuned to a planet and its corresponding energy. Mars for courage, Venus for love, Saturn for discipline - ancient wisdom in modern form.

Why this incense is different

All Sagrada Madre products are made from exclusively natural ingredients, many using recycled fruit biomass instead of wood. That sounds technical, but it means two important things: the incense burns cleaner (less smoke, more scent) and it's better for the environment. No trees cut down, just beautiful fragrances. Sagrada Madre is a marvelous company that actively tries to make this world a better place.

The sticks also burn longer than average incense - at least an hour per stick. But more importantly: the scents are balanced. No harsh smells, no synthetic substances, no headaches afterward. Just pure, natural fragrances.

What I also love is how each scent has its own 'moment.' Neroli for when you need focus, Third Eye for contemplation, Inner Strength for difficult times. It's like having a scent library for different emotions and situations.

The complete incense experience

Our Sagrada Madre collection consists of more than just sticks. The incense pearls you burn in an oil burner and they spread their scent in a different way. The smudge sticks burn slowly and give off lots of white smoke - ideal for cleansing your entire house.

For people who want complete control: incense powders that you burn on charcoal discs. A pinch for a subtle scent, more for an intense experience. You decide exactly how much to use. And the charcoal discs have their own purifying effect.

Dragon's Blood - still the favorite

The Dragon's Blood remains a bestseller. The deep red resin from the Croton Lechleri tree has a surprisingly sweet, spicy scent that immediately gives you a feeling of protection. It has been used by shamans for centuries, and for good reason. You'll want to keep smelling this one again and again!

Yagra - for abundance

The Yagra line works with rare Indian resins traditionally used for attracting prosperity. Sounds mystical, but the scent is simply beautiful - rich, warm, and complex.

The right holder completes it

For all this beautiful incense, we have incense holders that don't just look good but are practical too. The selenite holders at 25 centimeters are big enough for the long Patagonia sticks, and the selenite itself purifies the energy in your space.

The wooden holders with the Flower of Life symbol neatly catch all the ash - important for incense that burns for an hour. And for people who also love aromatherapy and essential oils: our soapstone burners are perfect for oils, pearls, wax, and more.

Handy: The acacia wood incense burner has a built-in storage compartment. So not only does it look beautiful, it's also practical to use.

Next Level Incense Burner

Which will become your favorite?

Three weeks ago, I'd never heard of Neroli. Now I burn it every morning with my coffee. That's how it goes with good incense - you think you're just buying a nice scent, but actually you're changing small moments in your day.

Maybe you'll fall in love with the wild energy of Yerba Mate & Mint, or find peace in the deep layers of Third Eye. Maybe Inner Strength will help you through a difficult period, or Manifestation will bring clarity during confusing times.

The beautiful thing is you don't have to choose. These 30+ new scents give you a wealth of possibilities. For every mood, every season, every moment when you want to pause and come back to yourself.

The secret: You don't choose the best incense with your brain, but with your gut. Which name speaks to you? Which description gives you that little 'yes' feeling inside? That's probably your new favorite :)

Patagonia for nature lovers, Sagrado & Ritual for spiritual and ceremonial moments. Three new chapters in the Sagrada Madre story, each with its own magic. Which one will you discover first?
