Kanna FS33 is the stronger of Kanna UC's two Full Spectrum extracts. Like FS10 it keeps a broad alkaloid palette, but at a higher concentration: 5% total alkaloids, in a profile of 60% mesembrine, 35% mesembrenone and 5% Δ7-mesembrenone. The 33:1 designation refers to the extraction ratio; the recommended serving is 20 mg.
Thanks to the high share of mesembrenone alongside the mesembrine, FS33 reads full and rounded. Mesembrine provides the upbeat, clear tone, while mesembrenone gives body and a calm underpinning. The result sits between the stimulating Exponent powders and the more relaxing herba types: a complete, balanced character that many people enjoy for everyday moments.

Handling and storage
Kanna FS33 is a dietary supplement for adults: take 1 serving a day and start at the lowest amount to gauge your response. The recommended serving is 20 mg; use a scale accurate to 1 mg. Dissolve the powder under the tongue or in a cold to lukewarm drink. Do not combine with alcohol, MAO inhibitors (MAOIs) or SSRIs.
