The English climate is generally too cool for these mushrooms to grow on a shady window sill, especially in winter, so be prepared for more expense before purchasing the kit. You will need to purchase a thermostatically controlled seed tray heating mat with a temperature probe. I bought a horticultural complete digitally thermostatically controlled heating mat kit from Amazon for £25.99 + £5.00 Delivery. (Near top of Amazons thermostat controlled grow heating mat listing). The flexible rubber heating mat (10”x 20.7” inches) can be folded over half size, which is just right for the 2100cc kit, and should be placed on a thin layer of packing foam for insulation. The heat sensor probe can be placed centrally in the growing medium, and the thin lead carefully hidden in the top corner of the folded grow bag top. Set the digital thermostat at 20*c and the heating mat will then maintain an average temperature of between 20.5*c to 24.7*c regardless of the surrounding room temperature. This is ideal for growing the Golden Teacher mushroom. I have had favourable results in the middle of December 2021 using this method, after experiencing disappointment due to a fluctuating room temperature that dropped to just 15*c during the night. The specified average temperature of between 20*c to 25*c (24/7) is crucial for this mushroom to grow. It is also important to follow the instructions in step by step great detail too, and you will be guaranteed pleasing results if you do !

Well, I'm positive, I got me a cubensis "golden teacher" growbox and it gave me seven flushes of 500g fresh, later I got myself a copelandia, though that didn't went well but I got wrong info somewhere else, crying at their doorstep they pittied me and gave me a new one half price, so their not only inexpensive but also good and have an understanding service. About my great harvest of 500g they said that was average and could be more, but for me it was more than I ever got, so I can wish you succes with this servent of the cubensis and copelandia fungi.
