Add a few drops of water to make it a doughy substance. Mix well and gently heat until the material is dry. Then grind again with a mortar or coffee grinder to a fine powder. The recommended dosage is 1-4 seeds per person.
If you use it for the first time, you can start on the low side to see how sensitive you are to the fabrics. It is easiest to blow the powder into someone else's nose because it does not feel nice to sniff it.
