Silver Haze is probably one of the most famous Haze strains in the world. She is known as a powerful and reputable strain because of her long-lasting powerful effect and long history of cultivation. She is a cross between Skunk, Northern Lights, and Haze. Silver Haze is 80% Sativa and 20% Indica. It is a plant that has won many awards, including first place in the High Times Cannabis Cup three times. You can grow Silver Haze both indoors and outdoors. Outdoors, you can harvest around mid-October. She can easily grow up to four times her size in a month, so keep that in mind. Silver Haze grows best in a warm, tropical climate but will also do well growing on a more Northern latitude during the summer. The crystal-covered buds, light green leaves, and orange hairs in combination with the sweet heavy smell will make your mouth water.

Our Silver Haze has amazed us time and time again with her looks, compactness, and her delicious smell of sweet fruit. In terms of yield, she is definitely a winner: 600 gr per 2m. In 14 years, the best phenotype has been selected and crossed and back-crossed again and again, optimizing her into an incredibly beautiful hybrid. We are proud to share her with the world. Her buds sparkle in the light when you see her. She is almost too beautiful to cut but even more delicious to smoke. With so much resin on her buds, we recommend hanging to dry. Dry her slowly and she will reward you with a taste that varies slightly from phenotype to phenotype, from spicy skunky to sweet fruity haze. The feeling when you smoke her is a cerebral high, energetic, focused, and stoned. Our Super Silver Haze has a growing cycle of 8 days at 18/6 after germination. The flowering period starts when the third internode is made on your plant; she will then finish in 8 to 10 weeks on a 12/12 hours light cycle.

How many times has Silver Haze won the Cannabis Cup?

Silver Haze has won first place in the High Times Cannabis Cup three times, one of the most prestigious cannabis awards in the world. Over 14 years of selection work, the best phenotype was selected and backcrossed repeatedly, making the current version an optimised hybrid of Skunk, Northern Lights, and Haze with yields of 600 grams per square metre.

When should I switch Silver Haze to the flowering cycle?

Silver Haze only needs 8 days of vegetative growth on an 18/6 light cycle after germination. Once the third internode is visible on your seedling, you can switch to the 12/12 flowering cycle. Keep in mind she can grow up to four times her size in a month, so plan accordingly. Read more about light schedules in our indoor growing guide.

What is the best way to dry Silver Haze?

Silver Haze contains extremely high amounts of resin on her buds, which is why we recommend hang drying rather than using a drying rack. Dry her slowly at a temperature around 18-20 degrees Celsius and 55-60% humidity. Slow drying rewards you with the full flavour spectrum that varies between phenotypes: from spicy-skunky to sweet-fruity haze.
