Red Borneo is one of the classic Mitragyna speciosa varieties. At our Indonesian plantations we have refined its production - from selecting mature leaves to the specific drying method that gives this material its characteristic deep red colour. It is supplied as raw botanical material.
What distinguishes our Super Red Borneo is the use of fully mature leaves. Because we harvest only fully matured leaves, the material develops the deep, dark red colour that defines this variety.
Our Super Red Borneo is produced by growers who have worked with us for years and know the optimal harvest timing - when leaves reach their dark green colour and the veins begin to change. This is when the leaves are ready for processing into the deep red powder that makes Super Red Borneo so distinctive.

From plantation to powder
At our Indonesian plantations, the trees grow under ideal conditions - tropical climate, fertile soil and careful cultivation. For Red Borneo we select the older, fully developed leaves. After harvest they go directly to our processing facilities for a controlled drying process, developed over years of experience, that turns the green leaves into the characteristic dark red powder.
