Use and Operation
First use: Place the batteries in the battery compartment on the bottom. Put the scale on a solid, flat surface. Press the ON button and wait until the display stabilizes at 0.00g.
Weighing with tare: This function is essential with larger quantities. Place your container or tray, press TARE until 0.00g appears. Now you measure only the net weight of what you add.
Weighing multiple portions: You can use the tare function multiple times. Weigh first portion, remove, press TARE again, weigh second portion, etc.
Overload: If you place more than 500 grams, the scale gives a warning. Remove weight immediately to prevent damage to the sensor.
