Light: 1,5 - 3 grams
Medium: 3 - 6 grams
Strong: 6 - 10 grams
Heavy: 10+ grams
1) Chew on it as long as possible. 2) Grind the seed and soak it for an half hour. Filter it afterwards and drink it.
The effect can last up to 8 hours.
