Cooling-off Period/Returns

There may be times when you want to return an order. Perhaps the product doesn't meet your expectations, or there may be another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the merchant with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at support@nextlevelsmart.nl. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to test the product, we may charge you for this reduction in the product's value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Want to exchange a product?

Would you like to exchange your product? That's absolutely no problem. You can contact us at support@nextlevelsmart.nl for this. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

I provided the wrong delivery address!

Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll then try to modify the order for you.

Please note: The above right of withdrawal rules do not apply to perishable products. Perishable products include: fresh organic materials and live cultivation products. Products that have been used, such as Kuripes and Tepis, cannot be returned.
