Regarding international shipments:

Next Level is not responsible for packages that are confiscated at the country border of the recipient's country. If you did not receive your order and the intel on the Track and Trace is not been updated, we will ask you if we can share the invoice with the shipping company. Only through this way, the shipping company can start an investigation. An investigation can take up a few days, please be patient with this process. If the investigation makes clear that your order is confiscated, we will give you a 35% discount on your next order. This is a gesture we want to do towards our customers.

Shipment


Shipment is very important to us. We are always looking for new ways to deliver your order as quickly and discreetly as possible. We strive to deliver your order on time, and we understand that privacy is very important.

To offer you the best possible service, however, there are some countries which we send nothing or only certain products to. We do not send orders to Norway, Ireland, and Switzerland.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All our packages are sent with "Track & Trace" so you can track your order online.

DISCLAIMER:

1. We strive to deliver your order on time, the client and/or receivers are responsible for during the purchase providing the complete and correct delivery address.

2. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us via telephone or email. Do this within seven days of receiving your order, preferably with a photo of the package and its contents. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Returns and refunds
Only when we have received and inspected the original products, a refund will take place. Original shipping costs and/or duties can not be refunded. The same goes for other expenses for the return and ensuring products unless otherwise agreed. The customer will have to pay the shipping costs when sending back the order.

3. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, the liability is transferred to the customer/recipient when an order leaves our warehouse. If your package is stopped by customs because of the content, we can not be held liable.

Missing package

All shipments are insured against theft and damage during transport. If for whatever reason, the products do not arrive, we will first start an investigation at the postal company. This may take some time, please be patient when this occurs. If it is clear what went wrong with the package, we will send the order again or you will get your money back. This only applies to theft and damage.
