Shipment is very important to us. We are always looking for new ways to deliver your order as quickly and discreet as possible. We strive to deliver your order on time, and we understand that privacy is very important.
To offer you the best possible service, however, there are some countries which we send nothing or only certain products to. We do not send orders to Norway, Ireland, and Switzerland.
All our packages are sent with "Track & Trace" so you can track your order online.
1. We strive to deliver your order on time, the client and/or receivers are responsible for during the purchase providing the complete and correct delivery address.
2. Next Level is not responsible for packages that are confiscated at the country border of the recipient's country. We give the customer 35% discount on the next order if this occurs.
3. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us via telephone or email. Do this within seven days of receiving your order, preferably with a photo of the package and its contents. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Returns and refunds
Only when we have received and inspected the original products, a refund will take place. Original shipping costs and/or duties can not be refunded. The same goes for other expenses for the return and ensuring products unless otherwise agreed. The customer will have to pay the shipping costs when sending back the order.
4. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, the liability is transferred to the customer/recipient when an order leaves our warehouse. If your package is stopped by customs because of the content, we can not be held liable.
All shipments are insured against theft and damage during transport. If for whatever reason, the products do not arrive, we will first start an investigation at the postal company. This may take some time, please be patient when this occurs. If it is clear what went wrong with the package, we will send the order again or you will get your money back. This only applies to theft and damage.
