Silene Capensis, also known as undlela ziimhlophe by the Xhosa people of the Eastern Cape province of South Africa and has been used for thousands of years by African shamans.
The plant is highly regarded as a holy teacher plant and has been traditionally used with, intention, respect and devotion. African Dream Root is used to help induce very vivid lucid dreams, for enhanced dream recollection, out of body experiences and dream divination.
How to use
Low dosage 3-5 drop under the tongue before bedtime. High dosage: 5 to 15 drops under the tongue before going to sleep.
